Subba was inspired by the bakery where our grandparents fell in love. We are an online bakery specializing in beautiful and creative bakes with heart.

Subba makes everything in small batches from our home base in Staten Island, NY. Every cookie is fresh baked to order!

Our cookies are made from scratch in our home kitchen with real, high-quality ingredients. That’s right - real butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla beans!

Each cookie is rolled, cut, baked, and decorated by hand. No bag mixes, imitation extracts or shortcuts here! Every cookie is handled with love and takes time to reach our incredibly high standards.

We are currently a state-approved home processor! If you are a New York City local, cookies are available for pickup Monday through Saturday!

Living outside of New York City? Don’t worry! We can ship anywhere in New York State!
